Returns
Due to our remedies being made to order, unfortunately all sales are final. We do not allow for returns for change of mind. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue straight away and make it right. We acknowledge that there are at times damages that may occur during shipping. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. 

For any incorrect or damaged orders, please contact us via email selene.hom@xtra.co.nz to discuss and include your order number and photos. We will require proof of damage in order to process a new shipment to you.
