Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• New Zealand Orders: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via NZ Courier Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. For rural deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 business days. 

• International Orders: Overseas shipping times vary by destination. Please allow 3-13 business days for delivery after dispatch. Customs processing times may extend this period. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the United States at this time.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
