Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on the Website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice due to factors outside of our control, such as fluctuating exchange rates and changes in raw material costs.

Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our Website. We accept all major credit and debit cards using our payments providers.

Shipping and Delivery

We use New Zealand Post for all deliveries within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. International shipping, Customs duties, Taxes and Import fees

If you are a New Zealand resident, we are required to charge you GST.  For international orders, import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Prices displayed on our website exclude import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by customs authorities. The receiver (consignee) is responsible for all applicable charges once the shipment reaches its destination.

Export Conditions & Product Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to export controls or import restrictions in some countries. Selene complies with all New Zealand export regulations and reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that cannot legally be exported or that breach trade or health regulations.

Liability for Loss, Damage, or Delay

Selene is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once goods have been dispatched. Any such claims must be made directly with the carrier or local customs office. Customs inspections may cause unforeseen delays that are outside of Selene’s control.

Refused Shipments & Return Costs

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, the consignee is responsible for any return shipping and associated costs.

No Refunds for Unpaid Customs Fees

Orders returned or undeliverable because the consignee failed to pay customs duties or import fees will not be refunded.

Customs Delays & Inspections

Selene cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments once an order has entered customs clearance. Customs procedures may result in extended processing times beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Limitation of Liability

Selene Homeopathics Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or our products.
